We checked in to our hotel, which is the cutest ever!
It's so homey & adorable, & just a block or two from the beach! Gorgeous! We got settled in, freshened up, & then hit the town! We walked into some cute little antique shops, gift shops (one of which has a coffee shop next to it which serves VAMPIRE KISS LATTES - not sure what they are, but that'll definitely be out coffee stop tomorrow morning!
& of course, hit up all the "Twilight Sites." We saw the dress shop where Jessica, Angela, & Bella look for prom dresses:
The movie theater where Bella goes with Jessica then Mike & Jacob:
The Italian restaurant where Bella & Edward had their first date:
The bookstore where Bella buys her book on the Quileute tribe:
After our little tour around town, we went to a store called "Dazzled by Twilight" which is a boutique entirely dedicated to Twilight merchandise, aka, heaven. Ha ha. They sold the engagement ring that Edward gives Bella, so naturally, I bought one! :-)
After that, we walked along the beach for awhile, & then headed to Bella Italia (where Edward & Bella had their first date!) to eat. They couldn't take us right away, so we made reservations for a little later. We went back to our hotel for awhile, kicked back, freshened up, & then headed back out to eat dinner. I of course had mushroom ravioli & a coke. :-)
Being that we were in Port Angeles, & anyone who's read any of the Twilight books knows that Port Angeles is where you go to the movies. So what else could we do? We went & saw Eclipse (since Face-Punch was all sold out. ;-p).
Now we're all settled in for the night in our room in our jammies, getting ready for another drive tomorrow to our final & most anticipated destination... FORKS, WASHINGTON!!!
